24/7For restaurants, cafés & salons

Every call answered. Even when your hands are full.

An AI receptionist that picks up 24/7, takes reservation and appointment requests, answers questions about your hours and menu, and sends every request straight to you by text or email. It always tells callers it’s an AI.

What it does

The calls you can’t take, handled properly.

Built for small hospitality and beauty businesses, where the phone always rings at the exact moment everyone is busy.

Reservations & appointments

Collects name, date, time, party size or service and a callback number, then reads everything back to the caller to confirm.

Hours, menu & FAQs

Answers from the information you give us: opening hours, menu, directions, parking, dietary options. If it doesn’t know, it says so.

Messages

Supplier calls, lost items, “can the owner call me back?”: noted with name, number and reason, so nothing gets lost.

Bilingual

Speaks English and Spanish, and switches as soon as the caller does.

Transparent by design

Introduces itself as an AI at the start of every call. It never pretends to be human, even when asked.

Straight to your phone

Every request and message reaches you by text message or email right after the call ends.

How it works

Live in one day. No new hardware.

You keep your phone, your number and your reservation book. The AI simply answers the calls you would otherwise miss.

  1. 0110-minute call

    Tell us about your business

Hours, menu or services, common questions and house rules, such as your largest table or the days you’re closed. A link to your menu is enough to start.

  2. 02Within 1 business day

We set it up and test it

We configure your receptionist, write the greeting with you and run test calls before anything goes live.

  3. 03On your phone

    You turn on call forwarding

Forward calls when the line is busy, after a few rings, after hours, or all the time. You decide, and you can switch forwarding off whenever you like.

Call forwarding is a standard feature of almost every business line and mobile plan. We’ll walk you through the steps for your carrier.

Demo

How a call actually goes.

A sample conversation with “Gasthaus Lazarett”, a fictional restaurant in Vienna we built for demonstration. It is not a real customer, and every detail is made up.

Lina · AI
Thank you for calling Gasthaus Lazarett. This is Lina, the restaurant’s AI assistant. This call is recorded for quality purposes. How can I help?
Caller
Hi, I’d like a table for Monday evening, four people.
Lina · AI
I’m sorry, we’re closed on Mondays. Would Tuesday, October 20, work for you, or another evening?
Caller
Tuesday works. Seven thirty?
Lina · AI
Tuesday at 7:30 PM for four. What name should I put that under?
Caller
Miller.
Lina · AI
Thank you. And what’s the best number to reach you for the confirmation?
Caller
212 555 0147.
Lina · AI
That’s 212, 555, 01, 47. Any special requests, like a high chair, allergies or an occasion?
Caller
One of us is vegetarian. Is there something for her?
Lina · AI
Yes. There’s at least one vegetarian main every day, and the schnitzel can be made as a celery schnitzel.
Lina · AI
So that’s Tuesday, October 20, at 7:30 PM, four guests, under Miller, callback number 212 555 0147, one vegetarian. Is that right?
Caller
Yes, perfect.
Lina · AI
I’ve noted your reservation request. The team will confirm by text or call. Is there anything else I can help with?
→ Request sent to the restaurant by text and email
Caller
No, that’s all. Thanks!
Lina · AI
Thanks for calling. Goodbye!

What to notice in this call

  • States up front that it’s an AI and that the call is recorded
  • Catches the closed day and offers an alternative
  • Reads back every detail before noting the request
  • Answers the menu question only from the restaurant’s own information
  • Never promises a table. Your team confirms.

Not cold calling. Outbound calls go only to your existing customers who have consented to be contacted. No purchased lists, no calls to strangers.
  • RemindersConfirm tomorrow’s reservation or appointment, and catch cancellations early enough to fill the slot.

  • ReactivationLet customers who opted in know about a seasonal menu, new hours or open appointment slots.

Compliance & FAQ

Honest about what it is. Careful with what it hears.

The receptionist is built to be transparent with your callers and to collect only what a request needs.

AI disclosure

Every call opens with a clear statement that the caller is speaking with an AI, in line with the EU AI Act transparency rules we work under as an EU-based provider.

Recording notice

If calls are recorded or transcribed, callers are told at the start. This matters in states that require all-party consent, such as California.

Only what’s needed

It asks for what a request requires (name, time, party size, phone number) and never takes payment details over the phone.

Consent-only outbound

Outbound calls go only to customers with prior consent. Under the TCPA, AI-generated voices count as artificial voices, so consent rules apply.

Frequently asked questions

Didn’t find your question? Email 95ppp619@gmail.com.

Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?

Yes. The greeting says so, and if a caller asks, it confirms it. It never claims to be a person.

What happens if it can’t answer a question?

It says honestly that it doesn’t know and offers to take a message. You receive the message by text or email right after the call.

Does it book directly into my reservation system?

By default it takes a reservation or appointment request, sends it to you, and your team confirms. That keeps you in control of tables and staff schedules. If you use an online booking tool, ask us about it in the demo.

Can a caller still reach a real person?

If someone asks for a person, the AI takes a message with name, number and reason and sends it to you immediately, so you can call back.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. Your number stays exactly as it is. You only forward calls to the line we set up for you, and you choose when: always, when busy, after a few rings or after hours.

How long does setup take?

Usually one business day after our 10-minute call, once we have your hours and your menu or service list.

Which languages does it speak?

English and Spanish. It answers in the language the caller uses and switches when they do.

What if I go over my included minutes?

Extra minutes are billed at $0.14 per inbound minute and $0.22 per outbound minute. In the demo we’ll look at your current call volume and suggest the right plan.

Where is call data processed?

Calls run on specialized voice-AI and telephony providers. Before you sign up, we tell you which providers are used, where data is stored and how long recordings are kept.

Who is behind this?

Philipp Primisser, an independent freelancer based in Vienna, Austria. You work with one person who sets up and looks after your receptionist.

This page is general information, not legal advice. You remain responsible for how you contact your customers, in particular for outbound consent.

Let it answer your next call.

In 10 minutes we’ll go through how it would answer for your business and what it would cost. No obligation.
